Paula brings more than 15 years of experience in hair restoration and is one of the most experienced hair transplant technicians in the UK. Having worked with leading clinics across the UK and Europe, she has developed extensive expertise in both FUE and FUT hair transplantation, with a particular focus on graft handling, implantation, and achieving natural-looking results.
In addition to her clinical work, Paula previously served as an EMEA Clinical Trainer for Restoration Robotics, where she trained surgeons and technicians in advanced robotic-assisted hair transplant procedures. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the latest technologies and techniques used in modern hair restoration.
Known for her precision, attention to detail, and patient-focused approach, Paula is passionate about helping patients achieve the best possible outcome from their hair restoration journey.

Nicky has more than 17 years of experience in hair restoration and has assisted in thousands of successful hair transplant procedures throughout her career. Having worked with leading clinics across the UK and Europe, she has developed extensive expertise in both FUE and FUT hair transplantation.
Known for her precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail, Nicky plays a key role in achieving natural-looking, high-quality results. Her experience spans all aspects of the patient journey, from treatment preparation through to graft handling, implantation and aftercare support.
As well as her technical expertise, Nicky is known for her warm and approachable manner, helping patients feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their treatment. She is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience and helping individuals regain confidence through hair restoration.
